TRS updates the GA Provider manual on a quarterly basis.

Effective August 13, 2010, we added changes to the Billing and Claims Section 10. We added the Place of Service codes for your view on page 30. In addition, a section on Fraud and Abuse and Recoupment policy was added on pages 34-36. Please print the revised copy by selecting the Tools bar, then select Provider manual, then select GA provider manual.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-866-409-7572 option 3.




Effective July 15, 2010, all Florida providers will be required to submit a current plan of care with the prescription when requesting authorization for rehab services from TRS. This requirement is for all Medicare as well as Medicaid patients.







Effective March 11, 2010 all Georgia provider passwords have been changed to improve security. If you are a Georgia provider, you should have recieved your new password via email. If you need to retrieve your password, please contact us at (866) 409-7572 extension 7. If you have issues with passwords outside of business hours (Monday through Friday 9 to 5), if you need to de-activate an account or have an issue with your password, please email your issues to passwordrequests@thersys.com and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
